WHAT IS AAC?

AAC block production line developed and manufactured by Henan Zhengyi Building Materials Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is used to produce bricks/blocks. which is a light weight, multi-cell new construction material; the features include lower density, heat insulation, high strength, exceptional seismic performance, great work ability, good resistance to high temperature, maximum sound insulation and excellent adaptability. AAC is made from silicon material(silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement),which is widely used in building industry.

We have designed the Lime sand autoclaved brick complete equipment with unique processes as well as innovative mechanical and control systems. Autoclaved brick complete equipment line is very efficient in producing quality AAC block. Its integrated technologies have reached an international level.
