Product Description
Jaw crusher is widely used in the world market nowadays and has the features of the high reduction ratio,simple structure, and easy maintenance, It has two types, prlmary and secondary crushers. The compressive resistance of the crushed materials is up to the 320MPa. The large and medium-sized crusers are the key products in our company and stand in the front of the industry in the aspects of design and production.
It has features like: simple structure, large crushing ratio, high output, even particles, convenient maintenance, low production cost and so on.
Operating principle:
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets smaller,and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes larger, the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
Equipment model and capacity range
• There are many types of jaw crushers, and different types of stone crushers have obvious differences in production capacity.
• The smallest model of jaw crusher has a production capacity of 5-20t/h, while the largest model PE-1500×1800 coarse jaw crusher has a production capacity of 520-1100t/h.
• It can be seen that the adaptability of jaw crushers in production capacity is very wide.
Discharge particle size of jaw crusher
• The discharge port of the jaw crusher can be adjusted in size, and the particle size of the material can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge port.
• The adjustment range of the discharge port of the jaw crusher is generally between 10~300mm, and the specific range may vary depending on the model and specifications.
• The width of the discharge port can be changed by manually rotating the bolts on the discharge port or adjusting the wedge.
