一、What is autoclaved aerated concrete plate ?

Autoclaved aerated concrete slab (alc slab) is a new type of light, porous and environmentally friendly building material, which takes cement, lime, silica sand and other main raw materials and adds different amounts of steel mesh pieces after anti-corrosion treatment according to structural requirements. After high temperature and high pressure and steam curing, autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with porous crystals are produced by reaction. The density of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is smaller than that of ordinary cement materials, and they have good fire resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation, heat insulation and other properties.

二、Characteristics and advantages of autoclaved aerated concrete plate

1. Lightweight: The specific gravity is only 500~650kg/m3, which is only 1/4 of that of concrete and 1/3 of that of clay brick, so it is known as concrete floating on the water. The design value is 650kg/m3.

2, fire resistance: 100mm thick plate can reach 3.82 hours, 125mm thick plate can reach more than 4 hours, which is a first-class fireproof material.

3. Thermal insulation: the thermal conductivity is 0.114, and the thermal insulation effect of the material with a thickness of 125mm can reach that of an ordinary brick wall with a thickness of 370mm. It is a new building material that can achieve building energy saving of more than 65% with a single material.

4. Sound insulation: the sound insulation index of 100mm thick plate (double-sided putty) reaches 40.8dB (transmission loss); The sound insulation index of 120mm thick plate (double-sided putty) reaches 45dB (transmission loss); The sound insulation index of 150mm thick plate (double-sided putty) is 48dB (transmission loss); There are many tiny pores in ALC board, which has double properties of sound insulation and sound absorption.

5. Seismic resistance: it can adapt to large interlayer displacement, allowing interlayer displacement angle of 1/150, and it will reach 1/120 when special contacts are used, and the plate will not fall off when interlayer displacement angle is 1/20 in all contact cases.

6. Environmental protection: no radiation, with an hourly exposure of 12γ μ /h, equivalent to the level on the outdoor grass; ALC is a new type of environmental protection building material, which can also save energy consumption during use, and belongs to the national duty-free building material.

7. Bearing capacity: Double-layer and two-way steel mesh sheets are provided in the plates, which provide external wall panels, partition panels, roof panels, floors, decorative panels, etc.

8. Crack resistance: ALC plate is reinforced by steel bars which have been rusted, and it is cured by high temperature, high pressure and steam. The shrinkage ratio in inorganic materials is small, and special polymer adhesive is used for caulking to effectively prevent cracking.

9. Convenience: The ALC board is manufactured to length after field measurement. It is a factory prefabricated product with high precision, and can be planed, sawed and drilled. Dry operation is adopted, the installation is simple and the process is simple. The structural column, waist beam and plastering of the traditional wall are cancelled, and the putty is directly scraped, which greatly shortens the construction period and improves the efficiency and construction quality.

15. Specificity: the width of ALC plate is 600mm, and the length can be 6 meters (150mm thick), while the length of other plates can not reach 6 meters.
