1. Machinable; Like wood, aerated concrete products can be sawed, drilled, nailed and ground easily.

2. Lightweight; Autoclaved aerated brick can reduce the weight of buildings, reduce the cross-sectional size of structural members, reduce the cost of foundation and reduce the construction difficulty of soft foundation.

3. Sound absorption and sound insulation; The autoclaved aerated brick is filled with tiny pores, which has good sound insulation effect, and the noise can be reduced by 30~50 decibels depending on its thickness.

4, Heat preservation, heat insulation; It has good thermal insulation performance. Its thermal insulation is six times that of glass, seven times that of clay brick and ten times that of ordinary concrete block.
